SHIPPING INFORMATION
COVID-19 VIRUS UPDATE
The health and safety of our employees and our community is our number one priority during these trying times. Because we are practicing enhanced sanitation and social distancing throughout our facilities, most retail orders are going out within 2 to 4 business days. For customers who need items quicker, we offer expedited shipping options.
For wholesale orders, as long as customers are meeting their agreed upon order deadlines, we are still able to get those orders out on time in most cases.
Please be aware that this is a very fluid situation and we are experiencing a greater than normal order volume. Processing times for orders may change going forward.
Normal (non-pandemic) Shipping times:
Under normal conditions, Orders shipped by DHL Express or UPS Ground are frequently processed and leave our warehouse within Three to Six business days. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Orders shipped using three-day, two-day, or overnight shipping leave in one business day. If your order is time-sensitive, please select the appropriate shipping method to ensure the delivery meets your schedule. In order to avoid delays, please ensure someone will be available at the shipping address to receive a shipment.
WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?
We keep shipping costs as low as possible and pass on our negotiated savings with UPS and DHL to our customers with a small markup for packing materials. For orders under $300.00 we charge a $17.99 Shipping fee. This is included in the shipping fee and covers the labor it takes to pick, pack, and get your order ready to ship. We also offer free shipping on a large variety of products when meeting a $300 order minimum.
PACKAGE TRACKING
To retrieve the tracking number for an order, follow these steps:
1) Log in to your account. (If you checked out as a guest, find your order confirmation email and click the link provided.)
2) Navigate to the orders page.
3) Select the order to see the tracking number. Please note that most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Until your order is shipped, the status will display as: “Queued” If after three business days your status still shows “Queued" you can retrieve your tracking number by Email us at fahad@clothesleather.com.
FREE RETAIL SHIPPING ON MOST ORDERS OVER $300
You asked and we listened! Spend $300.00 or more on Massive Bee Store® products, and get free DHL Home delivery for most items!
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
Any retail customer who purchases $300.00 worth of Massive Bee Store® items, (excluding shipping) will get free FedEx Home delivery on their order. Please note that we cannot offer this promotion for customers shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Also please note that FedEx cannot ship boxes weighing over 150lbs so the free shipping option will not appear for those orders.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
FedEx Home delivers Tuesday through Saturday. Most shipments using this method take 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location.
CAN I STILL CHOOSE FASTER SHIPPING IF I DON'T WANT FREE SHIPPING?
Yes. You can choose DHL Express or UPS shipping options. You will need to pay for these methods. We will not offer discounts on these methods.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE ITEMS IN MY CART THAT DON'T QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
You will be charged shipping on those items only. For example: if you have $300.00 or more of qualifying items in your cart and add a large pail of Stripping knife for dogs, you will be charged shipping.
