Refund and Returns Policy – Massive Bee Store®
At Massive Bee Store®, we care deeply about delivering quality, comfort, and great value to every customer. While we always aim for 100% satisfaction, we understand that occasionally a return or exchange may be necessary.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Customers can return or exchange their goods within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To initiate a return, please email us at fahad@clothesleather.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Items must be returned in their original condition – including packaging, tags, and labels – to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Important Return Conditions
- Items purchased under the “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” offer are not eligible for return or refund.
- Discounted or promotional items (excluding Buy 2 Get 1 Free) are eligible for return/exchange, but the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in “like new” condition. If not, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
- Returns are not accepted for items bought via Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or other third-party platforms.
- Customers must use tracked shipping. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
- Customs/import duties are the buyer’s responsibility and not covered by Massive Bee Store®.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- We will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund once we receive the item.
- Please send clear photos of the issue to speed up the resolution.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- For discounted items, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid.
