At Massive Bee Store®, we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with the quality, comfort, and value of their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a customer may wish to exchange or return a product.
Returns and Exchanges:

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, labels, and tags, as received.
Note: If the return is due to a sizing issue, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping charges.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, customers must first open a refund request and provide proof of purchase.

Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

If an item is received in a faulty or damaged condition, we will replace it at no additional cost—as long as it is reported within 30 days and returned in its original condition.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a full refund to the person who originally placed the order.
This policy also applies to items purchased during sales or promotional events.
